Digitizing
in Quality Control, Inspection and Reverse Engineering
27.05. - 28.05.2009
3D optical metrology has become a standard tool in industrial process chains by providing fast and precise full-field 3D data for quality control, rapid manufacturing and reverse engineering applications.
The conference highlights the integration of optical measuring techniques in industrial processes for
- Complete product control
- Improved quality
- Reduced manufacturing time
- Earlier identification of tendencies
- Higher quantities by product introduction
- Faster from idea to finished product
The presentations and discussions concentrate on reducing product development times, enhancing process security and optimizing production procedures.
Digitizing Conference Program >
The last conference included presentations from BMW, Adidas, Sony Ericsson, Daimler, Bang&Olufsen, Nautor, Nokia, Elbar Sulzer, Volkswagen, Lego, MTU, etc.
The conference presents time saving optical metrology solutions for optimizing processes, increasing productivity and throughput and reducing costs. The integration of the solutions in existing process chains, workflows and projects is highlighted. It offers a number of opportunities to discuss common issues and gives attendees the chance to exchange ideas, learn new techniques and enhance processes, learning from colleagues both from similar and different industries.
The conference is free to attend and held at the GOM mbH headquarters in Braunschweig, Germany. The conference starts at 1pm on the 27th May until 1 pm on the 28th May 2009. In the evening of the 27th of May there is an informal get together giving the opportunity to exchange experiences and mix with colleagues, experts, presenters, exhibitors and GOM staff.
Register now for the event, as places are limited and the event is based on a first come first serve basis.
